We woke up this morning to an email from Lufthansa notifying us that our Frankfurt to Venice had been cancelled and we were on a waiting list for another flight.

After a call to Lufthansa, I found that we  actually have seats on a flight a few hours later that day.  Unfortunately, daughter and her husband couldn’t get on that flight, and are scheduled the next day. Instead of meeting up on the flight from Frankfurt to Venice, we will meet up in Venice on Saturday.

Fortunately, I’m a bit calmer now… Suitcases are packed, we’re ready to head to the airport.   Let’s go!!!
